International Event

On July 18th, Professor Catarina Mendes de Jesus participated in IMCA, Peru, of the defense 
of Doctoral Thesis of student Nelson Berrocal Huamaní, entitled “Invariants of stable 
applications of 3-varieties to 3-Euclidean space”. 

Nelson is a former student of the Graduate Program in Mathematics at UFV who 
was co-mentored by Professor Catarina during his Ph.D.
